TechTrend Elite is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
